The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification is a recognition granted by customs authorities to companies that comply with international standards in terms of security, social aspects, regulatory compliance and efficiency in international trade.
ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN PACKAGING – BRCGS PACKAGING MATERIALS CERTIFICATION
Atlantic Caribbean Packaging in the Dominican Republic is BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard Certificated for flexographic printing and/or rewinding, slitting, and welding of PP, PET, and multilayer (PP, PE, PET, PA, EVOH) films and bags for the food industry.
ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN PACKAGING – SILVER ECOVADIS MEDAL
Our EcoVadis Silver Medal recognizes that we have completed the EcoVadis assessment process and demonstrated a management system that is responsible in relation to the environment, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement. This medal indicates our positive intent in striving to always improve our business’ sustainable impact.
ISO/IEC 17025 COMPLIANCE (ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN PACKAGING)
Atlantic Caribbean Packaging is certified as being in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for testing and calibration laboratories. Our microbioloigcal laboratory has been verified by the Organismo Dominicano de Acreditación (ODAC) as competent, impartial, and consistent in its operations to ensure accuracy and reliability in testing and calibration results.
ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN PACKAGING – SMETA PARTICIPATION
Completing a SMETA audit and obtaining a compliance score of 100% proves our commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices. SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audits are administered by Sedex, a global technology company that provides one of the world’s largest data platforms used for establishing standards relating to sustainable business practices. The Sedex platform gives third-party credibility and transparency to customers and suppliers throughout the supply chain.
ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN PACKAGING – G7 COLOR QUALITY CERTIFICATE
Atlantic Caribbean Packaging in the Dominican Republic is certified in color quality for G7 target calibration. We maintain the ability to meet the G7 grayscale definition using four 1-D Curves. This ensures our printing operation is accurate, efficient, and cost effective.
